Where are you located, or will you shoot?

I am currently located in Madison, Wisconsin and will photograph any of the surrounding areas, up to 50 miles Included. 
I will also travel for a small fee, and I am also open to out-of-state inquiries! 
I've photographed weddings in Texas, Arizona, Florida, Wisconsin,  and Utah.

Question 3

How far in advance do I need to book my wedding date?

I book weddings up to 1 year in advance! 
Being a military spouse, I don't have the ability to make a LONG term commitment. 
One year is as far out as I will book.

Question 4

What is needed to book my date?

After sending me an inquiry, we will chat! 
Once we decide if we are a good match, I will send you a contract and an invoice. 
Once I recieve your signed contract and your deposit - that's it!

Do you help create a timeline?

YES! This is a very simple service that I love including in all my packages.
You don't know how long different things will take during your wedding day, I likely do!

If you are working with a planner, I am happy to coordinate with them to plan your schedule. 
If you do not have a planner, I will work directly with you to make sure your day is planned include everything you are wanting to accomplish!

Timelines can be intimidating, but for weddings, there Is usually a common timing!

Question 6

What is your payment process like?

I will send you an invoice through my online portal.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the contract to secure your wedding date. 
The second half of your invoice is due one month before your wedding.

I offer payments through Credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.

Question 7

What are your prices?

My elopements/micro weddings start at $1600-$2400.
My weddings range from $2600-$4200.

The specifics depend on the hours of coverages, number of locations, and what you want included. I tailor my packages to fit your needs and requests!

Do you offer payment plans?

If you need a payment plan, I am happy to work with your budget. 
We can figure out a payment plan that works for you, and add that into our contract.

Do your packages include a second shooter?

Accepted Answer

No, but you can add a second shooter on for $350. 
I recommend a second shooter for my packages with 8-10 hours.

How long does it take to get our photos back?

I always try to finish photos as fast as professionally possible...becasuse I'm impatient and excited.
That being said, my maximum contracted turn around time is 90 days for weddings, 2 weeks for engagement photos. (Most galleries are delivered much faster, this is a maximum.)

How many photos do you deliver?

You can expect a minimum of 50-75 photos per hour of coverage. 
However, I do not have maximum number of edited images that I will deliver. 
If I like it, I will edit and deliver it!

Are you comfortable in all kinds of lighting?

YES!

I have shot in dark venues that require flash the whole time. 
I have shot in fields and on beaches with direct sunshine.

I feel more than comfortable in any lighting situation. 
I will also tour your venue with you if that makes YOU feel more confident or comfortable.

Do you offer sneak peeks?

YES! I will send a few sneak peeks within the first 24hours, if not the same night!

Do you offer prints?

Accepted Answer

You can order prints directly from your gallery for the sake of convenience. I Intentionally offer these at cost- I do not make extra money if you order through your gallery!

I also recommend using the website MPIX.com I personally print my photos and photo albums through this website and think they have great quality work for an affordable cost!

What if you become sick or can't make the wedding?

It is my contracted responsibility to find a replacement, or "associate shooter" with the same photographic style. I will still edit the photos!

In 10+ years in the wedding industry, I have never missed a wedding and had to find a replacement.
